《Keep Me Alive》于2022年11月7日正式上线，是鹿晗音乐生涯中一次极具野心的风格跨越。这首歌由好莱坞R&B新人王Josh Levi与鬼才音乐人Jonas W. Karlsson联手打造词曲与编曲，直击EDM（电子舞曲）与Synth-pop（合成器流行）的前沿阵地。为了呈现出最理想的听感，鹿晗与制作团队前后磨合了将近一年，只为“听点不一样的”，挑战一种他从未尝试过的全新曲风。
歌曲的核心意象“Keep Me Alive（让我活下去）”，在这里并不是单纯的求生呼救，而是在一场势均力敌的爱情狩猎中，主角面对绝对吸引力时，那种既恐惧被吞噬、又渴望被对方主宰的矛盾心理。整首歌的情感推进极具戏剧张力，主要传达了以下几层深意：
